Orient Chapter is proud to announce the birth of Shjon Louis James Best. He was born to our Chaplain, Robin Decatur Best on Sunday, June 28 at 2:21 PM. Shjon weighed in at 7 pounds 0 ounces and 19 1/2 inches long. Both Shjon and his Mom are doing great. Congratulations, Robin.
