Another year of growth, this year the chart with the Chapters was moved from the main page to its own page, with a second chart, showing the meeting dates and districts. Unfortunately, a server problem lost the second chart of Chapters, which wasn't recreated until the summer of 2000. New pages added in '98-'99 were the In Memoriam and E-Mail Directory pages.
