***(1) The C-Notes v. (4) The Dynasty***
Match Judges: Joe Satre, John Solley, Steve Myers, Brandon Pope

A lot of history in this match, and a lot of history in the ring as these four guys who can only be described as men who put the sport on the map squared off. HBK and Draven played paper, rock, scissors and Draven won the contest, as HBK took his place on the outside of the ring and Draven turned to see who he would face. Kanyon and Grady had a quick conference and Grady stepped through to the outside, as Kanyon turned around to face Draven. The two old friends walked right towards the center of the ring and engaged in some jaw jacking, apparently with a few misunderstandings present. Kanyon gave Draven a shove, and Draven responded by shoving Kanyon back several feet. Kanyon and Draven grinned and locked up, and Draven again just flung Kanyon back into the corner. Kanyon then came back at Draven again, ducked Draven's lock up attempt, and drilled Draven with one of his patented right hands that took the big man down. Now that the reintroductions were over, Draven backed Kanyon into the corner and unloaded with a series of elbow strikes to the head. Draven flung Kanyon across the ring and followed with a HUGE avalanche clothesline that about flipped Kanyon out of the ring. Draven flung Kanyon across again and went for the follow up, but Kanyon got his boot up into Draven's kisser knocking him back, and then followed with a nice russian leg sweep. Kanyon went over and tagged in his fellow C-Note, as Grady Smith came in, and the two men hit a big overhead suplex on Draven. Kanyon left and Grady went to work, going right for the legs of the big man. Grady applied a standing figure four of sorts to try and wear Draven down, and struck several knees into Draven to cramp up the leg. Grady went for a regular figure four, but Draven countered it into a small package and Grady had to kick out at two. Grady tried to go back to the leg, but Draven kicked him off and using his long reach tagged in the ready to go Shawn Michaels. Michaels raced in and hit Grady with a flying forearm, and then hit a high body drop on Kanyon who was coming in. Michaels hit Grady, but Kanyon got him from behind as the C-Notes flung Michaels off the ropes. Michaels would duck a double clothesline and nail a double lariot of his own, dropping both the C-Notes. The ref removed Kanyon from the ring, and HBK and Grady started slugging each other has best they could, until HBK once again got the advantadge and nailed Grady with a quick slam and went off the ropes to follow it with a snap legdrop. HBK then hit a swinging neckbreaker on Grady and slapped on a headlock to wear him down. Grady fought to stand up, hitting HBK with elbow strikes, but HBK held on when Grady went to try and go off the ropes and got slammed back down. Grady once again got back up to his feet, and HBK held on as hard as he could, but Grady flung Michaels off the ropes. When Michaels came off, Grady ducked a clothesline attempt, locked in HBK from behind and planted him with a belly to back suplex...and then another....and a third, as Michaels got folded up like an accordian and Grady was getting his game on. HBK got back up, and Grady met him with a belly to belly suplex taking him back down again. Erik Draven took a swipe at Grady on the way by, and Grady went off the ropes, used them as a springboard and dropkicked Draven down and outside the ring.

As you can imagine, Draven didn't take too kindly to this and stepped into the ring and lifted Grady up with two hands choking him in the air. Kanyon instantly responded by leg sweeping Draven's feet out from under him, and the grabbing Erik's legs and giving him a "Hello" shot between the uh...well, you know. Kanyon turned around only to get smacked right in the kisser by an HBK spinning heel kick. And HBK turned around only to be given a tazplex by Grady Smith, who was standing tall in the ring. Some assemblance of order came, as Grady tagged in Kanyon to be the legal man and Draven got tagged in as well, but it didn't last very long. Kanyon hit Draven with a big neckbreaker, and then picked the big man up. Kanyon went off the ropes for a high cross body, but Draven caught him in mid air, put his finger up to "test the air" and then drilled Kanyon with a spinning sidewalk slam. However, in the midst of the spinning sidewalk slam, Kanyon's foot nailed the ref, who went down like a sack of potatoes. And once again all four men hit the ring and a melee ensued. After a couple of minutes an interesting turn of events took place, as HBK locked Grady in with a sleeper hold. Kanyon came up from behind and slapped a sleeper on HBK, and then Draven came up behind Kanyon and applied the sleeper on CK. A four way sleeper hold, as everyone fought to try and break the hold and not pass out, and the fans got quite the kick out this. Grady Smith, however, did not think it was so fun, grabbed HBK by the head and sat down...which in turn executed a triple jaw breaker as all four men collapsed to the ground. (For all you marks out there, this is the second time Grady has hit this move...when was the first?) After this display, the end finally came about. HBK was surprisingly the first one to his feet, and Michaels tuned up the band in the corner. HBK lined up Chris Kanyon and went to nail the Sweet Chin Music, but Kanyon ducked it, spun HBK around and drilled him with a Kanyon Cutter. Kanyon stood up, rather proud of himself...not realizing that Erik Draven was directly behind him. Draven grabbed Kanyon and locked him in, and in the blink of an eye Kanyon had suffered a Mindwipe. Draven however didn't even have time to make the cover, as Grady Smith was back on his feet again, and grabbed Draven from behind, managed to get the big man up, and drilled him with the Chokebuster. Grady rolled a lifeless Kanyon on top of a lifeless Erik Draven, and the referee had finally come around. The ref counted three, and that was the end of the contest. And outstanding effort from both teams as the Dynasty looked their best in this tournament, but on this night it was Grady Smith making the difference, and propelling the C-Notes into the Semi-Finals against Absolute Power.

(As the camera went off, Draven and Kanyon gave each other a big hug and made their peace, and Grady and HBK shook hands and smiled as well.)

Your Winner: The C-Notes

***Absolute Power receives a bye***

***(1) Split Infinitive v. (4) The Fucking Fuckers***
Match Judges: Duane Gates, John Solley, Joe Burke

It goes without saying that Ray Willmott has done just about everything, except win a tournament. Ray Ray came out like a ball of fire tonight, sprinting to the ring as Harvey Knox came out with his usual evil grin. Orr and Kage followed suit, as the two men got up to the apron...and that was it. The bell hadn't even sounded yet and Ray Willmott grabbed Chris Kage and flung him into the ring the hard way, and we were off just like that! Ray flailed away on Kage, nailing him with rights and lefts, and the sinched him in for a snap suplex. Willmott went to the second rope and hit a flying leg drop, and quickly rolled Kage up going for the early kill, but Kage kicked out at the two count. Right back on the attack was Willmott, and picked Kage up and flung him off the ropes, and nailed a diving clothesline to take him down. Ray swiftly moved to the outside and used the ropes as a springboard, nailing a dropkick. Ray went to the top to try and finish it off, but Robert Orr knew he had to do something, and grabbed Willmott's legs, causing him to fall, and big bob and the twins hit the turnbuckle. Kage raced up and sinched Willmott in, and nailed the Superplex that thundered throughout the arena. Kage wisely went over and tagged in Orr, who came in and lifted Willmott up over his head, and then caught him, nailing the fall away slam. Orr went off the ropes and dropped an elbow across the chest of Willmott, and went for a cover, but Willmott would have none of that and managed to get a shoulder up at two. Orr backed Willmott up into the corner, and just unloaded with a series of chops that rang out a chorus of "Wooooooooo's" from the fans. Willmott got flung to the far corner and Orr charged in after him, but Willmott grabbed the ropes, twisted himself around Orr, and executed a beautful roll up that got a two count. Orr slugged Willmott, but Ray wouldn't stay down and kept fighting back. Ray went off the ropes...and ran right into an Orr clothesline and back down again. Orr looked up at Knox and spit at him, which might not have been the smartest thing in the world to do. Willmott got in a shot to the gut of Orr and went to try and tag his partner, but Orr held on to his foot. Willmott hopped for a second and then hit a nice ensyguri kick flooring Orr. Willmott reached out and then slapped the hand of Harvey Knox. Knox walked in with a purpose as Orr stood up...and then got spun around 360 style by a Knox clothesline. Knox picked Willmott up and pressed him over his head, as the arena wondered what the hell was happening...and as Orr was back on his feet, Knox launched Willmott on top of Orr with a cross body splash. Kage charged into the ring to try and stop the onslaught and quickly got dropped with a tilt-a-whirl slam by the psychotic one. Knox took Kage and Orr as there was a meeting of the minds, and the two crashed heads together. Knox went after Kage and just started pummelling him, but Orr came up from behind and dropped Knox with a low blow, and that will slow anyone down. And then for the first time in the tournament, Knox found himself on the receiving end of punishment.

Orr picked Knox up and hoisted him on his shoulder and then drilled him down with a shoulderbreaker. Orr locked on an arm breaker and really wrenched back, trying to take away the power of Knox. Orr would drill several knee strikes into the arm, and even pull out the old school body slam with the arm behind the back. Then in a great display of teamwork, Orr tagged in Kage and held Knox down, and Kage went airborn from the top and drilled a swan headbutt into the shoulder of Knox. Knox writhed around in pain, as Kage kept on the assault on the derranged one. Kage grabbed Knox's arm, went up to the top and nailed the axe handle on Knox. Knox flopped back down, as Kage dropped the leg across Knox and locked in an STF hold, wrenching that bad arm of Knox's behind him. After a few minutes, Kage released the hold as Willmott was flailing to get back in and help his partner at this point. Kage went up top and hit a nice hurricanrana on Knox, spinning him across the ring. However, Knox was starting to get back up a bit quicker after each break, and Kage knew he had to do something to floor him again. Kage went off the ropes and tried the clothesline, and it knocked Knox back down to a knee as he was starting to get his strength back. Kage went to the ropes and jumped up on the middle rope to use it as a springboard and then turned around. At that moment, Knox popped up and just drilled Kage with what might be the most high impact spinebuster we've ever seen, as you could have sworn the damn ring broke. Knox crawled over to his corner and tagged in Willmott, who again went bezerk and just unloaded on Kage. Willmott backed Kage up and nailed a nice tornado DDT, and layed him out flat. Willmott flung Kage off the ropes, but didn't see Orr make a blind tag to Kage's back. Willmott nailed the powerslam, and then got a boot right to the mouth from Robert Orr. Knox got back up as Kage did, and charged and clotheslined Kage right out of the ring, leaving Orr and Willmott alone. Orr nailed a huge backbreaker on Willmott and then signaled for the SuperStar Slam. Orr picked him up on his shoulder, and started the run...but Willmott knew his old partner too well and slipped out the back door. Orr turned back around, and then got drilled with the Echoes In Eternity. With no Kage to make the save, Willmott hooked the leg and leaned back as far as he could, and the ref counted to three. A relieved Ray Willmott fell out of the ring and picked up his disturbed partner, and secured a spot in the Semi-Finals for Split Infinitive. A tremendous showing for the Fucking Fuckers who gave it a hell of a run, but just a touch short this week against Willmott's determination. Split Infinitive now awaits the AMW v. Mojo winner in the Semi's.

(Off camera, Orr and Willmott stared at each other for a moment and then embraced, as Orr wished Willmott the best of luck on getting his Triple Crown. To no one's surprise, Knox wasn't exactly in a hugging mood. So he and Kage just settled for a head nod.)

Your Winner: Split Infinitive

***(2) Amerika's Most Wanted v. (3) Bad Mojo***
Match Judges: Chris Best, Sean Boden, Joe Burke, George Marneris

One last shot for Sean Sanders to try and duplicate his "miracle win" against Smirtdogg so long ago, and this was most likely it. For Jublome, a chance to show he was back again, and for Jesus to put his name on the map. A lot more at stake this week, as Jublome and Sanders would begin the dance. Sanders would go for the right hand off the bat, but Jublome was ready and locked in a belly to back suplex on Sanders. Jublome would club Sanders several times, and then cinch him in, and use the ropes for momentum, hitting the hotshot suplex. Jublome picked Sanders back up and flung him into the ropes, but Sanders surpisingly flew and nailed a spinning leg lariot on Jublome, knocking him down. Sanders sprang back up again as Jublome took to his feet, and Sanders used a running knee lift to snap Jublome's neck back down again. Sanders went to the second rope as Jublome was standing, and flew off for the double axe handle, only to find Jublome waiting, catching him in mid air. Jublome lifted Sanders up on his shoulder, and then drilled him with a death valley driver. Jublome went for the pinfall, but Jesus was fast enough to break up the count. Jublome tagged Smirtdogg in and then perched on the second rope and hit the guilotine legdrop, as Smirt connected with the leg drop over Sanders throat. Smirt kicked Sanders right in the stomach, and then proceeded to follow it up with the axe kick to the back of the head. From out of nowhere though, Jesus perched up top and hit a twisting corkscrew plancha on Smirt, knocking him down. Smirt was pissed off that Jesus interefered, but it was enough of a distraction for Sanders to catch his breath and hit a hard knife edge chop on Smirt, turning him around. Sanders hit a running bulldog and Smirt, and then tagged in his lucha libre partner. Jesus instantly started off with the big moves, hitting a swanton bomb on Smirtdogg and following it up with a rolling thunder. Jesus stood Smirt up, and then in the blink of an eye put him right back down again with a standing tornado DDT. Jublome looked rightfully concerned, and as Jesus went off the ropes, Jublome pulled the top rope down causing Jesus to flip over the top down to the outside. However, the nimble Jesus landed on his feet, walked right up top Jublome and yanked him off the mat so his lips met the canvas...not pleasant. As Jublome counted his teeth to make sure they were all there, Jesus went back into the ring and got decapitated by a Smirtdogg clothesline. The veteran had enough of the flashy moves at that point, and went to work on the much less experienced Jesus.

Smirt went on to hit a series of solid moves, including an overhead belly to belly suplex, a huge boot to the face, a sidewalk slam and finally a suplex into a sitdown powerbomb position. Smirt then gave Jesus a little bit of a paintbrush slap to add insult to injury. Smirt hit a pendulum backbreaker and then turned it into a surfboard submission of sorts, as Jesus screamed out but would not give up. Smirt flopped him onto the ground and then just angrily stomped away on the youngster. Smirt decided it was time to put this sucker away, and went up top...and connected with the Air Smirty! Smirt went for the cover, but Sanders quickly picked Smirtdogg up off of Jesus and planted him with a reverse DDT. That got Jublome out of is corner as he lunged himself at Sanders, and the two men brawled until Jublome got the upperhand and nailed a double underhook suplex, and quickly followed it up with a Swanton Bomb of his own, showing Jesus how it should be done. Amerika's Most Wanted stood tall in the ring, as Smirt and Haywood quickly discussed their next move. The two men got Jesus on his feet and flung him into the ropes and went for the double backdrop...but Sanders hung on to Smirt's foot not letting him get in position. Jesus flipped over Jublome, who quickly nailed a front kick and sprawled into the ropes, hanging on the bottom rope. Jublome went off the ropes to go for the leg lariot, but Sanders nailed a drop toe hold on Jublome, who got the same treatment and found himself hung on the bottom rope. Smirt used the ropes and launched himself at Sanders, as the two men fell to the outside. Jesus got to his feet and saw Jublome slowly getting to his feet, and charged the ropes and nailed Haywood with the 619. The crowd rose to its feet cheering, as Jesus took to the outside of the apron and as Jublome got to his feet, Jesus nailed the West Coast Pop. The crowd couldn't believe it, as the ref went into position and slammed the mat twice and nearly came down a third time, but Jublome kicked out at the last possible moment. Jesus went for another cover, but Jublome ever the veteran countered it and rolled Jesus up and got a handful of tights, but Jesus also showed great courage and kicked out at two. Smirt and Sanders arrived back on the scene again, as Sanders went for a cross chicken wing on Jublome, but Smirtdogg caught him before he could do any damage and hit a belly to back suplex. Jesus came out of nowhere and flipped up Smirtdogg and went to plant him with the DDT, but Smirt somehow reveresed it in mid air and nailed a powerbomb on Jesus. That left Smirt standing as he measured Sanders. Now then, remember the round robin matchup? Let's just say that fate has a sick sense of humor. You gussed it...Smirt went forward to nail the True Perfection and connected...on Haywood Jublome. Sanders had ducked it. Smirt looked on in horror at what happened, and Sanders clotheslined him right over the top rope. Sanders quickly went up top as the crowd came to its feet, and he did indeed SuperSize This! Sanders rolled Jesus on top of Haywood and waited to see if Smirt would get up, as the ref began the count. One, two...Smirt could not get up, and the most shocking moment of the MTT was complete....three. Sanders jumped up and down like a child who just got his favorite Christmas present and celebrated, as Smirt just sat there on the outside in disbelief of the events. Bad Mojo moves on to face Willmott and Knox in the semi's.

(After the camera's stopped rolling, all four men came together and shook hands, as Smirt gave Sanders a playful "hair shake" to congratulate him. Jublome slabbed Jesus on the back in a show of true sportsmanship, and the men raised their arms together to a standing ovation as the arena started to empty.)

Your Winner: Bad Mojo
